In front of the lens, Lauren is an actress, TV personality, and model.
She first found her way into entertainment when looking for scholarship opportunities to pay for her engineering education. One such opportunity was a pageant. She said yes, knowing it would at least make for a good story, and ended up becoming Miss Canada, going on to place in the Top 10 at Miss Universe (WME/IMG).
Lauren has been a correspondent for CityTV, predominantly with Breakfast Television, Cityline, and covering special events like the national broadcast of the Grammy’s Red Carpet and special interviews during TIFF. Having been a former athlete, she has also been the In-Arena Host for the Toronto Maple Leafs, and hosted various other sporting events including Invictus Games, Pan & Parapan American Games, TSN, Sportsnet, and more.
Having always had a passion for stories that inspire, she found her way to acting, partly as a result of an unexpected opportunity following the impacts COVID-19 had on the entertainment industry.
Her first acting credit was in Neon Lights (Netflix), alongside Kim Coates, and she has since appeared in Reacher (Amazon), Blackberry, Luckless In Love, and Writing a Love Song.
Lauren is represented by Ambition Talent.

Lauren’s photography journey began at a young age when she picked up a camera. Fascinated by the ability to tell a whole story with a single shutter, photography remained a quiet constant in her life, until publicly sharing some works at her first exhibition Serendipity (December 2022), displaying a collection of her fine art works.
Her style is an amalgamation of her wide-ranging experiences, drawing from inspiration across photojournalism, sports, fashion, wildlife, and travel.
She has shot across all seven continents, including Antarctica, the Arctic, the Galapagos, Indonesia, India, and more. It was learning under National Geographic's Michael Melford in Svalbard that she began to fine-tune her craft.
With increased demand, this work has extended to portraiture and beyond. View her work here.
This passion and interest for telling thought-provoking stories from behind the lens also extends to video. She is proud of her various partnerships and ambassadorships with brands that have been collaborative in nature, ranging from campaign strategy to producing video series’.
